Gastrin is present in normal human gastric antrum (pyloric) mucosal cells (G cells), duodenal glands, and Brunner's glands. This antibody is used to label gastrin-secreting cells and related tumors, and is helpful for the diagnosis and research of G-cell hyperplasia and gastrinoma.
