Cel novte Bio's ER antibody is the first approved ER semi-quantitative immunohistochemistry diagnostic antibody in China, with registration number 2021340072. During the research and development and registration process, it has undergone multi-center clinical comparisons with the internationally optimal semi-quantitative clones, and the consistency with the control product has reached 93.326%. The staining is accurate, specific, and clearly localized, providing more reliable staining results for clinical pathological diagnosis. The ER receptor is present in the endometrium, myometrium, normal breast epithelial cells, and some (about 50-60% of breast cancer patients) breast cancer cell nuclei. Studies have shown that ER-positive breast cancer patients are effective in hormone therapy and have a better prognosis than ER-negative patients. Therefore, ER, PR, and C-erbB-2 are used together to guide patient treatment.
