EMA (E29), MMab

EMA is a group of glycoproteins widely distributed on the cell membranes of various normal epithelial cells and their tumors. The distribution range is similar to that of cyto keratin, but the expression in visceral glandular epithelium is better than that of cyto keratin. Therefore, for epithelial-derived tumors, especially poorly differentiated carcinomas, it is best to use it in combination with cyto keratin to improve the positive rate. EMA high- temperature repair can enhance the staining intensity.
