DOG1 (C2E3), Mmab

DOG1 is a protein with a currently unclear function, with the gene located at 11q13 and the protein structure having 8 transmembrane functional domains. It is selectively expressed in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) and is mainly used for the diagnosis of GISTs, with positive expression in leiomyosarcomas and synovial sarcomas.
