CD30(C5E10),MMab
The CD30 antigen is a receptor for the cytokine ligand CD30L, expressed on the surface of multinucleated Reed-Sternberg cells and most anaplastic large cell lymphomas. The CD30 antigen is also expressed in virus-transformed cells such as EBV-transformed B cells. Most T-cell lymphomas, except for some pleomorphic T-cell lymphomas, do not express the CD30 antigen.
