CD20(C4A11),MMab
The CD20 antigen is a non-glycosylated phosphoprotein with a molecular weight of approximately 33 kDa, expressed on normal and malignant human B cells, and is thought to act as a receptor in B-cell activation and differentiation. It has been reported that the CD20 antigen is expressed in normal B cells in peripheral blood, lymph nodes, spleen, tonsils, bone marrow, acute leukemias, and chronic lymphocytic leukemias.
