CD15(MMA),MMab
This antibody is mainly present in granulocytes (including neutrophils and eosinophils) and some monocytes. It plays an important role in mediating phagocytosis and chemotaxis. CD15 is often expressed in Reed-Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma, especially in classical Hodgkin's lymphoma. Nodular sclerosing Hodgkin's lymphoma is mostly CD15 positive. It is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma and granulocytic sarcoma.
