Bcl-6 (C4A4),MMab
Bcl-6 is a transcriptional repressor protein that is essential for the formation of germinal centers. It is a reliable marker for germinal center B-cells and related lymphomas, including follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and Burkitt Iymphoma. In conjunction with CD10, Bcl-6 is a primary marker for identifying lymphomas of germinal center origin. It is also useful in the differential diagnosis of various B-cell and T-cell lymphomas.
