Annexin A1(MRQ-3),MMab
Annexin A1 is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein that mediates anti-inflammatory effects and regulates cell proliferation and apoptosis. In hematopathology, Annexin A1 is recognized as a highly sensitive and specific marker for hairy cell leukemia (HCL), effectively distinguishing it from other B-cell lymphomas such as splenic marginal zone lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It typically shows strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining in the neoplastic cells of HCL.
