CD16(EP364),RMab
CD16 is a low-affinity Fc receptor, mainly present on the surface of natural killer cells, neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages. In immunohistochemistry, CD16 can be used to differentiate yδ T-celllymphoma and yδ T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia from peripheral T-cell lymphomas. It has been reported that high infiltration of CD16-positive cells in colorectal cancer patients is associated with improved overall survival.
