MGMT
MGMT is an efficient DNA direct remediation enzyme that protects cells from alkane. The level of MGMT in the cell directly reflects the extent of DHA damage that it can tolerate. Tumor cells with no or low levels of Expression MGMT are generally considered to be effective against alkane drugs,conversely, it means drug resistance.
