Hematoxylin-Eosin Staining, the abbreviation as HE, is one of the general staining methods utilized in paraffin section. Hematoxylin staining solution is alkaline, which mainly makes the chromatin in the nucleus and the ribosome in the cytoplasm stain purple-blue. Celnovte Bio-tech has self-developed Hematoxylin Staining product which is composed of imported high-purity hematoxylin, oxidant, etc. This does not contain harmful substances like methanol, and has a good staining effect on the nucleus. The internal structure of the nucleus is clearly visible after staining. The feature of Hematoxylin Staining is not easy to produce precipitation and metal. It can be used for tissue paraffin section, frozen section and tissue cell staining, and so on and reused.
