Arginase 1
Arg-1 is a very sensitive hepatocellular marker, with a positive rate of more than 90% in hepatocellular carcinoma and about 5% in metastatic liver cancer.Its sensitivity is higher than that of AFP and HepPar-1, and it is of important reference value for the differentiation of liver metastatic carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma metastatic to other organs.
