Parvalbumin αand Parvalnuminβ is water-soluble calcium-binding protein with lower molecular weight. It has no relationship with other GABA neuropeptides such as growth-inhibiting hormones, neuropetides Y and cholecystokinin. Besides,the middle neurons contained Parvalbumin shows anti-local ischemia. then Epilepsy and N-methyl-D-winter insine receptors contraction increases Ca ions of cell by parvalbumin’s buffer capacity.
