Olig-2
Olig-2 is expressed in normal oligodendrocyteand tumor oligodendrocyte, its positive site is the nucleus of the cell. Beside,some tumor-based astrocytes can also be positively expressed, but staining is shallower than oligodendrocyte. It mainly is used for the diagnosis of oligodendrocyte tumor.
