Kappa Light Chain
This antibody reacts with the human immunoglobulin's κ chain and operates no cross-chain reaction with the λ light chain. It can be labeled with B lymphocytes with the λ light chain, plasmacellsandimmunecells.The extracellular immunoglobulin’s κ chain can also be stained, thus, it should pay attention to the distinction. It is mainly used for the differential diagnosis of lymphoma and reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes.
