CITEC1
CITED1 is a transcriptional cofactor expressed in the mesenchymal of the postembryonic kidney, and its expression decreases after differentiation of its secretory cells.CITED1 is believed to play a role in maintaining the nondifferentiation of postrenal mesenchymal cells.CITED1 is expressed in cytoplasm during fetal kidney development.In nephroblastoma, CITED1 is expressed in the nuclei of tumor cells.CITED1 was expressed in 86.8% of renal blastoma patients.
