TLE1 belongs to the TLE family and is a type of transcriptional co-repressor molecule that is transient expression during embryogenesis. TLE1 shows moderate to strong diffuse nuclear staining in 80%-90% synovial sarcoma, and can be used as a specific marker for the diagnosis of synovial sarcoma.
