Nestin
Nestin is located at 23.1q site of chromosome 1 , its function is mainly involved in the formation of cytoskeleton, maintaining cell morphology, maintaining the normal development of brain and eye tissue.In some tumors, high expression of Nestin is positively correlated with the infiltrative growth,metastasis and poor prognosis of the tumor.Its antibody positive is mainly expressed in glioma, medullo epithelioma, meningioma, rhabdomyoma, melanoma and gastrointestinal neuroblastoma.
