Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase(TDT)
Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is expressed on immature lymphocytes (lymphoblast) including T&B (prophase) lymphatic cell line. TdT has a certain auxiliary role in the diagnosis and research of thymoma (rich in immature T cells), and it shows positive expression inlymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia.
