T-cell leukemia/lymphoma is a 14kDa gene product, which is involved in the process of prolymphocytic leukenia. The expression quantity of TCL1 is down-regulated in the late stage of B cell differentiation. TCL1 is overexpressed in Hodgkin's lymphoma, lymphoblastic lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, mantle cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma.
