Myoglobin
Myoglobin is a single-chain polypeptid containing 153 amino acids in cytoplasm, containing a hemoglobin group. It is reported the expression of Myoglobin observed in skeletal muscle and heart muscle, but not in smooth muscle, and its functions as the transports oxygen’s pigment.
