MGMT
O6 methylbird sidein-DNA-methyl transferase (MGMT) is a DNA remediation protein. Normal tissue is often expressed, while tumor tissue is expressed low.The cause of this phenomenon may be related to the methylation of the gene. It is also a marker of secondary drug resistance which is mainly used in the study of various malignant tumors such as colon cancer and astrocytoma.
