Melanoma Marker (CD63)
HMB45 antigens are also used to identify retinal pigment epithelial (RPE), but the literature reports that it reacts only to RPE before birth and during a short period of infancy. Its reaction to intradermal nevus and normal melanin and non-melanocytes in adults was not observed. Besides, They were negative in epithelial, lymphatic, glial and mesenchymal tumor cells. The clone is detailed in the literature, indicating that it can mark the intracellular antigens of most melanomas and other tumors with melanoma as well as melanoma cell differentiation characteristics.
