HRP-Green Stain Reagent Kit
HRP-green stain reagent kit can be utilized for an immunohistochemical detection system labeled with horseradish peroxidase. When horseradish peroxidase reacts with this substrate solution, it can catalyze the substrate to produce green insoluble precipitates (Slightly soluble in ethanol and xylene) , which makes the positive expression in the tissue showed bright green to identify the results easily. When utilizing this staining solution, samples can be sealed with neutral balsam. But the immersion time of samples should not be too long in the dehydration and transparent experiment.
