FLI-1
FLI-1 was utilized to label Ewing's sarcoma or proto-neuroectodermal tumors, with specificity and sensitivity superior to CD99. It is also a novel vascular endothelial marker, and its specificity and sensitivity are also better than those of CD31 and CD34.Its positive site is located in the nucleus, and easy to observe.
