Cytokeratin 7 CK7
CK7(Cytokeratin 7) is a Cytokeratin with a molecular weight of 54kDa. This antibody reacts with epithelial cells of various benign and malignant tumors. It is positive for adenocarcinoma in the ovary, breast, lung, and negative for adenocarcinoma in the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, it is also positive in mobile epithelial tumors, prostate cancer.CK7 is now considered to be a relatively specific marker for adenocarcinoma and metastatic epithelial cell carcinoma.
