CD8 is mainly distributed in inhibitory T/ toxic T cells and positive NK cells.In normal lymphoid tissues, the expression rate of CD8 was significantly lower than that of CD4, which was mainly used for the study of T cell subsets.CD8 positive in large lymphocytic leukemia and some t-all/t-lbl. CD8 can be used as an adjunct in the diagnosis of T lymphoblastic lymphoma.
