P27
P27 belongs to a cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor that regulates cell cycle through inhibiting the activity of cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor.This protein is expressed low in malignant tumors such as digestive system tumor, gynecological tumor, urinary system tumor, respiratory tumor, blood tumor, brain tumor, etc. At present, P27 is mainly used in the study of various malignant tumors, but also can be used for the thyroid eosinophil symantid adenoma and cancer differential diagnosis.
