The CD74 molecule has several isomers (33,35 and 41KD) and is an hla-dr invariant chain.CD74 protein has been reported to be expressed in b-cell lymphoma, leukemia, r-s cells, and Hodgkin's monocytes.CD74 protein expression was lost before the pre-b cell phase and before plasma cell expression.
