Bcl-10 is an important apoptotic regulatory molecule, which is expressed in lymphocytes of normal tissues, especially in B cells. In the follicle of B cells, the germinal center is highly expressed, the marginal band is intermediately expressed, and the Mentle band is low expressed. Normally, it is used to study the development, growth and apoptosis of B cells.
