Catenin is a kind of cytoskeleton protein, which has three subtypes such as α/ β/γ and has two major functions of signal transduction and cell adhesion. It is mainly used to study the mechanisms of metastasis and infiltration of various malignant tumors such as colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer and tonsil.
