Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin(HCG)
HCG, also known as human fluffy membrane gonadotropin, is a glycoprotein secreted by the nourishing layer cells of the placenta, consisting of glycoproteins of α dipolymer. and β dipolymer. Mainly used in the diagnosis of fluff membrane epithelial cancer, hydatidiformmole(weak positive) and malignant , hydatidiformmole (strong positive). The antibody is also positive for ovarian cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and malignant melanoma.
