Parvalbumin αand Parvalnuminβ is water-soluble calcium-binding protein with lower molecular weight. It was found that the Parvalbumin appeared in the middle neurons which rapidly creates inhibition peak of GABAergic with Ca2+ ion buffer capacity in order to reduce the dependence of Ca2+ and make Kionstoflowout..Otherwise, the middle neurons contained Parvalbumin is shown to exist only with corticotropin - releasingfactor which unlike the other Ca2+ binding protein. It has no relationship with other GABA neuropeptides such as growth-inhibiting hormones, neuropetides Y and cholecystokinin. Besides, the middle neurons contained Parvalbumin shows anti-local ischemia. then Epilepsy and N-methyl-D-winter insine receptors contraction increases Ca ions of cell by parvalbumin’s buffer capacity.
