TLE1 is a member of the TLE multigene family, involved in hematopoiesis, neuronal and peripheral epithelial differentiation. It can be expressed in synovial sarcoma, and rarely expressed in schwannomas and pleomorphic sarcoma. Some research reports have reported that the expression and sensitivity of TLE1 in synovial sarcoma is higher than that of Bcl2, so it is recommended as Synovial sarcoma marker.
