Stathmin

Stathmin is widely found in cytoplasmic phosphoprotein, which has the role of controlling signals in the cell and integrating the cellular environment. The antisense inhibition of Stathmin for paclitaxel-resistant leukemia cells increases their sensitivity to chemotherapy. The research from Rafael R shows that NSCLC's response for vinorelbine/cisplatin will be disrupted by the expression of Stathmin . Patients with low expression of Stathmin have a better prognosis than those with high expression of Stathmin.
