CD57 antibody is positive in most cells of nodular lymphocyte dominant Hodgkin's lymphoma, and in a small number of cells of large B lymphocyte lymphoma rich in T lymphocytes, which has certain guiding significance for diagnosis.In addition, CD57 can be used for differential diagnosis of malignant peripheral schwannoma (CD57+) from fibroblast group and fibrosarcoma (CD57-).
