This antibody is mainly present in granulocytes (including neutrophils and eosinophils) and in some monocytes.It plays an important role in mediating cell phagocytic bacteria and chemotaxis.CD15 is often expressed in r-s cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma, especially in typical Hodgkin's lymphoma, where nodular sclerosis Hodgkin's lymphoma is mostly CD15 positive.It is mainly used in the diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma and granulocytic sarcoma.
