Myoglobin
Myoglobin is a monolinked polypeptide protein that contains 153 residues amino acid and a hemoglobin gene. The expression of Myoglobin is observed in skeletalmuscle and heart muscle, but not expressed in smooth muscle.It mainly is used in the differential diagnosisof rhabdosarcoma and sarcoma.
